The Freshconnect web app will display all the discussions that you are/have been a part of. This includes discussions that you started, were invited to, or were tagged in. Any other discussion will not be visible in the app.

If you are an agent in Freshdesk or Freshsales, you will have access to any discussion attached to a ticket or a deal, as long as you have access to the ticket or the deal itself. 

In case you are viewing a discussion attached to a ticket/deal that you weren’t collaborating on, and you try to access that discussion in Freshconnect web app using the Open in Freshconnect option, the app would instead display the latest discussion that you were a part of.
