If your answer for both of those questions is yes, then the integration will be enabled for you shortly. We are rolling out this change in phases and we request you to wait for a few more days. You can continue using Team Huddle in the meantime. All those conversations will get automatically ported to Freshconnect once the Freshdesk integration is enabled for your account.
