Inviting a user to a discussion in Freshsales

 

If you're starting a new discussion on a deal and want to collaborate with other Freshsales users in your organization account, follow these steps:

  1. Click on the Discuss button at the top right corner of the deal.

  2. A chat window will open. Here, you can invite other agents to a discussion on the ticket.

  3. Just @mention their name and as you type, you will see a prompt with a list of all the other Freshsales users in your org account. Select the user you want to collaborate with, type your message, and hit 'Send'.

To invite a user to an existing discussion, @mention their name in the message box. As you type, you will see the same prompt with the list of suggestions. Select the user you want to include in the discussion, type your message, and hit 'Send'.
