With our 'Import Org’ feature, Freshconnect admins can add all the employees in their organization to Freshconnect in one go. The added employees will have access to Team Messages and can also be tagged in discussions on tickets and deals.


Additionally, admins can also add third-party collaborators such as vendors, freelancers, consultants, etc. with whom their employees most frequently collaborate.


To use this feature:
  1. Go to the Settings tab.

  2. Under Bring anyone you work with to Freshconnect, click on Upload users.
    Note: Currently, .csv is the only accepted file format.

  3. Once you’ve uploaded the file successfully, an email with instructions on how to get started with Freshconnect will be sent automatically to every person on the uploaded list.
