Mute or leave a contextual discussion in the web app


1. Select Contextual Discussions from the left-side navigation bar.

2. Click on the discussion you want to mute/leave.

3. On the top right, click on More and then from the dropdown, select the action that you wish to perform. 


Note: Once you leave a contextual discussion, it will stop showing in your discussions list. However, you can access the discussion in Freshdesk/Freshsales if you have access to the respective ticket/deal.

1. Select Contextual Discussions from the main menu.

2. Click on the discussion you want to mute/leave.

2. Click on the More button (the three dots on the top right) and then from the dropdown, select the action that you wish to perform.
